Mountain & Plains Border Collie Association is dedicated to maintaining the border collie as a working stockdog while ensuring the well-being of the dogs and the livestock. We strive to promote the border collie as the premier working stockdog, provide education and resources to the public, and encourage workshops and trials so members can develop their dogs to the fullest extent of their natural abilities.
